General provisions

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Buyer and www.mekutis.lt (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") in relation to the Buyer's purchase of goods from www.mekutis.lt e-shop.

Concluding a sale and purchase agreement

The contract of sale between the buyer and the seller shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment when the buyer, having created a shopping cart in the e-shop, indicated the delivery address, selected the payment method and read the Terms and Conditions, clicks on the button "Confirm order" and receives the seller's confirmation.

Rights and obligations of the buyer

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the e-shop.

If the data provided in the buyer's registration form changes, the buyer must update it or notify the seller by phone and email.

The Buyer shall comply with other requirements set out in the Rules and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange the product under the terms and conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions (see "Returning or exchanging goods").

Seller's rights and obligations`

If the Buyer attempts to interfere with the operation or stable functioning of the e-shop, the Seller may restrict or suspend (terminate) the Buyer's access to the e-shop without prior notice.

The Seller shall have the right to temporarily or indefinitely suspend the operation of the e-shop without prior notice.

The Seller shall have other rights provided for in the Terms and Conditions and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

The trader must enable the buyer to make proper use of the services provided by the e-shop.

The Seller must arrange for the delivery of the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

If the Seller is unable to deliver the goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, the Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer an equivalent product and, if the Buyer refuses to accept the equivalent product, to refund the Buyer's payment within 3 (three) working days.

Delivery of goods

Upon receipt of the consignment, the buyer and the carrier must inspect the goods for damage. If the consignment has been damaged, the buyer must note this on the handover document (bill of lading).

Once the goods have been accepted and the handover document (the bill of lading) has been signed without any comments, it confirms that the consignment has not been damaged and has been properly delivered.

The delivery price depends on the weight of the parcel.

Payment for goods

Payments can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas e-banking services. Payments can be made in euro. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

Return or replacement of goods

Goods purchased in the e-shop are returned in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001 No 217 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods".

If the buyer decides to terminate the contract of sale and notifies the seller, the buyer loses the right to use the goods from the date of dispatch of the notification. The date and time of dispatch of the notice shall be determined by the time of dispatch of the notice by the Buyer. If it is established that the goods have been used after the dispatch of the notice, the seller has the right to refuse to terminate the contract.

The buyer may exercise the right to return the goods, provided that they have not been used, are in good condition and have not been damaged or lost their merchantable appearance. The returned goods must be complete. The buyer is responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the goods. If the goods are not complete and properly packed, the seller or his representative may refuse to accept the returned goods. Changes in the appearance of the goods or their packaging which were necessary for the inspection of the goods shall not be deemed to be a substantial change in the appearance of the goods.

If the goods purchased by the buyer did not meet the quality requirements, the seller undertakes to replace the defective goods with goods of the correct quality within 7 (seven) days of the request, to reduce the price of the goods accordingly or to refund the money paid for the goods and their delivery. The goods must be returned in the original packaging of the goods and the shipment. In addition, the buyer must provide the original invoice for the goods and a completed and signed return form stating the reason for the return.

If you do not receive the product you ordered (wrong colour, size, etc.), you must contact us at www.mekutis.lt or by phone. The Seller undertakes to replace the product with the one ordered by the Buyer after checking the order and being satisfied that the error is his own fault. In this case, the seller shall bear the cost of delivery.

Responsibility

The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. The Buyer shall be liable for the consequences of any inaccuracy or inaccuracy of the data provided in the registration form.

The parties shall be liable for the breach of the contract of sale concluded through the e-shop in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Buyer is responsible for the transfer of registration data to third parties. If third parties use the Buyer's registration data, the Buyer shall be responsible for the actions performed by the third party.

The Seller is not responsible for the information provided on other companies' websites, even if the Buyer is directed to those websites via links on the Seller's e-shop.

In the event of damage, the party at fault shall indemnify the other party against the loss suffered.

Sending information

 The Seller shall send all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer's registration form.

 The Buyer shall send all notifications and questions to the e-mail address indicated in the "Contact" section of the Seller's e-shop.

Final provisions

 Any disagreements arising out of the application of the Rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
