Goods purchased in the e-shop are returned in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001 No 217 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods".

If the buyer decides to terminate the contract of sale and notifies the seller, the buyer loses the right to use the goods from the date of dispatch of the notification. The date and time of dispatch of the notice shall be determined by the time of dispatch of the notice by the Buyer. If it is established that the goods have been used after the dispatch of the notice, the seller has the right to refuse to terminate the contract.

The buyer may exercise the right to return the goods, provided that they have not been used, are in good condition and have not been damaged or lost their merchantable appearance. The returned goods must be complete. The buyer is responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the goods. If the goods are not complete and properly packed, the seller or his representative may refuse to accept the returned goods. Changes in the appearance of the goods or their packaging which were necessary for the inspection of the goods shall not be deemed to be a substantial change in the appearance of the goods.

If the goods purchased by the buyer did not meet the quality requirements, the seller undertakes to replace the defective goods with goods of the correct quality within 7 (seven) days of the request, to reduce the price of the goods accordingly or to refund the money paid for the goods and their delivery. The goods must be returned in the original packaging of the goods and the shipment. In addition, the buyer must provide the original invoice for the goods and a completed and signed return form stating the reason for the return.

If you do not receive the product you ordered (wrong colour, size, etc.), you must contact us at www.mekutis.lt or by phone. The Seller undertakes to replace the product with the one ordered by the Buyer after checking the order and being satisfied that the error is his own fault. In this case, the seller shall bear the cost of delivery.
